Terms and Conditions

 

• I will need a copy of your dog’s inoculation certificate.

• Your dates are not guaranteed until I receive your deposit.

• Your Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

• Booking times are important for introductions and settling your dog. If you are late, a fee may be charged.

• I cannot guarantee a space until I have assessed your dog.

• I do not accept Male dogs that have not been castrated unless by separate negotiation/arrangement.

• All dogs must wear a collar, even if they are walked in a harness.

• Each day is Charged for (regardless how short) 

 

 

Full policies/procedures and terms and conditions will be supplied when booking forms are requested. Please take the time to read all documents as consent forms will be required prior to your dog's stay.
